How to Scan
I can't view my scan report because the link is broken.
One of the reasons you may be experiencing difficulty opening a scan report is because of an issue with PDF files in Safari, on an iPhone or a Mac computer.
Apple devices use Safari as their default web browser. However, Safari has trouble opening PDF files, and you may find a blank browser window instead of your scan report. Follow these steps to get your report.
Step 1 : Download Google Chrome onto your IPhone or Mac from the App Store.
Step 2 : Set Chrome to be your default browser. On a Mac, open System Preferences, choose the General option, and set Default web browser.
