Most connection issues can be resolved by checking the internet connection
Step 1 :Press the wifi icon on the bottom right of the screen and check if it is connected. If not connected, connect to the network and click "retry".
Step 2 :If it is connected, test the connection by opening the internet browser and checking to see if a website loads. You can test by going to www.styku.com.
Step 3 : If no connection still you'll need to connect with your internet service provider or IT to determine what is causing the issue with the internet connection
Step 4 :Once connection is restored open the Styku application
