      How do I make sure that the Turntable Auto-Reset feature is turned on?

      You can turn the Turntable Auto-Reset feature on and off in software Settings.

      Step 1 : Press the Settings button

      Step 2 : Choose the Scanner Hardware option.

      Step 3 : Make sure the Turntable Auto-Reset option is switched on.

      If the switch next to the Turntable Auto-Reset option is on, it will be red. If it is off, it will be grey. Press the switch to turn it on if needed.
