PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY.
These Terms of Use are a contract between you and Styku LLC and govern your access to and use of any Styku Services. It consists of the following documents:
General Terms (https://www.styku.com/terms): This document, which contains the core legal and commercial terms that apply to your use of our products and services. Any reference to "Terms" or "Master Terms" means these General Terms.
Privacy Policy (https://www.styku.com/privacy): This explains how your personal information is managed and used.
Product-Specific Terms (https://www.styku.com/product-specific-terms): These include any additional terms that apply to your use of each of our product offerings, our other services, and third-party services.
Consignment Program Terms (https://www.styku.com/consignment-terms): These are terms related to the Styku Consignment Program.
Refurbished Unit Sales Terms (https://www.styku.com/refurbished-unit-sales-terms): These are additional terms and conditions related to the sale and purchase from Styku of refurbished products.
By accessing, downloading, installing and/or using any Styku services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms, conditions, and limitations associated with them just as if you had agreed to these Terms in writing. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use any of the Styku offerings or services.
Styku may amend the Terms from time to time. Unless we provide a delayed effective date, all amendments will be effective upon posting of such updated Terms. We will let you know when we update the terms via in-app notification or by email. Your continued access to or use of the Site or Offerings after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.
