Why won't my Styku login credentials work?

If your Styku Studio administrator credentials aren't being accepted, the most common causes are a forgotten password, entering the wrong email address, or an account-level issue that requires Styku support to resolve. Most login problems can be fixed quickly by resetting your password.

Step 1: Double-Check Your Credentials

Before anything else, rule out simple entry errors:

  1. Confirm you are using the email address registered to your Styku administrator account.
  2. Check that Caps Lock is off — passwords are case-sensitive.
  3. Try typing your password into a text field first to confirm it looks correct, then paste it in.

Step 2: Reset Your Password

If your credentials still aren't working, reset your password directly from the Styku Studio login screen:

  1. Open Styku Studio on your scanner laptop.
  2. On the login screen, click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your administrator email address and submit the request.
  4. Check your inbox for a reset email from Styku and follow the link to set a new password.
  5. Check your Spam or Junk folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Step 3: Contact Support for Account-Level Issues

If resetting your password doesn't work, your account may be inactive, locked, or tied to a different email address. This requires Styku support to investigate.

  • Submit a support ticket through the Styku Business Portal: go to styku.com/portal and complete the ticket form.
  • Support response target is 1 business day.

Note: Styku does not have a phone support line. Submitting a ticket through the portal is the fastest way to get help.


If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the email address you are trying to log in with, the exact error message shown on screen, and the name and location of your business.
