Why isn't my location showing on the Styku locations map?

Your location will appear on the Styku location maps automatically — you don't need to fill out any forms or contact support to be listed. The maps update daily and show locations that have had a scan within the last 30 days.

How the Styku location maps work

Styku has three public location maps that all display the same data:

  • styku.com/locations — general public locator
  • tryhealthpass.com/pages/locations — Healthpass partner locator
  • Styku mobile app — built-in locations feature

All three maps are automatic. Here's what you need to know:

  • No manual registration required. Styku adds your location automatically.
  • The maps update daily. Changes do not appear instantly.
  • Recent scan activity is required. Your location only appears if your scanner has been used within the last 30 days.
  • Scans trigger the listing. Once you perform scans at your location, your site will automatically appear on all three maps.

How to get your location to appear

  1. Set up your Styku scanner and make sure it is connected and working.
  2. Begin scanning members or clients at your location.
  3. Wait up to 24 hours after your first scan for the daily map update to run.
  4. Check the Styku locations map again — your location should now be listed.

Why your location might still be missing

If you have been scanning and your location still does not appear, consider these possible reasons:

  • No scan in the last 30 days. The maps only show locations with a scan in the last 30 days. If your scanner has been idle, resume scanning to re-trigger the listing.
  • Less than 24 hours since your first scan. Give the daily update cycle time to run.
  • Your scanner is not yet activated. An inactive or unlicensed scanner will not register scan activity. Confirm your license is active in the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.

Staying listed

Once your location appears, keep scanning regularly to stay on the maps. If your scanner goes 30 days without a scan, your location will be removed automatically. Resume scanning to bring it back after the next daily update.


If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name and address, the date of your most recent scan, and confirmation that your scanner license is active in the Styku Business Portal.
