Why is waist-to-hip ratio missing from my report?

After a Styku Studio software update, waist-to-hip ratio has not been removed — the report layout has been reorganized, so the metric may now appear in a different section or inside a collapsed category.

Finding waist-to-hip ratio after a software update

The waist-to-hip ratio metric is still included in all scan reports. The recent update to Styku Studio reorganized the report layout, which may make some metrics harder to find at first.

1. Open Styku Studio on your scanner laptop.
2. Navigate to the client's scan report.
3. Look through all report sections — some categories may be collapsed by default. Select any collapsed section headers to expand them.
4. Look for waist-to-hip ratio within a Body Composition or Measurements section.

If you are unable to locate the metric after checking all sections, contact support and include your Styku Studio software version and the name of the metric you cannot find.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: your Styku Studio software version and the section of the report where you last saw waist-to-hip ratio.
