Why does my Styku invoice only show bank transfer — how do I pay by credit card?

Why does my Styku invoice only show bank transfer — how do I pay by credit card?

If your Styku invoice appears to only offer bank transfer, you are not stuck. Styku can provide a separate payment link that accepts credit cards, or you can update your payment details directly through the Styku Business Portal.

Option 1: Update Your Payment Method in the Business Portal

  1. Go to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Navigate to your billing or payment settings.
  4. Add or update your credit card details.

Option 2: Request a Credit Card Payment Link from Support

If you cannot update your payment method through the portal, contact Styku support and ask for a direct Stripe payment link. This link will allow you to complete your payment by credit card instead of bank transfer.

To reach support:

  • Visit the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and submit a support ticket.

A support team member will respond within 1 business day and provide you with a working credit card payment link.

Good to Know

  • Styku processes payments through Stripe, a secure payment platform.
  • Some invoices may be configured with bank transfer as the default option. This is a configuration on the invoice itself — it does not mean credit card payment is unavailable.
  • If Styku has a card on file for your account, the support team may also be able to charge that card directly upon your request.
  • Per Styku's Terms of Service, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your prior term unless your Order specifies otherwise. Review your Order details to understand your billing cycle and upcoming renewal charges.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your invoice number (found in the subject line of your invoice email, starting with a # symbol), the email address your invoice was sent to, and a description of the payment method you are trying to use.

Applies to: All Styku configurations — billing and payment issue unrelated to specific hardware or software version.
