Why didn't I get a response after leaving a voicemail for Styku support?
Styku does not offer phone support, and voicemails left for Styku are not guaranteed to reach the support team or receive a callback. To get help, you need to submit a support request through one of the two official channels below.
How to Contact Styku Support
Submit a support ticket through the Styku Business Portal — log in at https://styku.com/portal, find the support section, and complete the ticket form. This creates a tracked ticket and ensures a support agent follows up with you. The target response time is one business day.
Why Voicemails Don't Work
Styku does not have a staffed phone support line. If you called a number and left a voicemail, that message may have been logged as an unidentified missed call with no way for the team to reach you back. There is no callback process in place.
What to Do If You Already Left a Voicemail
If you left a voicemail and have not heard back, do not wait for a callback. Submit a support ticket through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and describe your issue. Include your business name and the best email address to reach you.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name, the phone number you called from, the approximate date and time you left the voicemail, and a description of the issue you were trying to get help with.
