Why did the Health Screening feature disappear after a Styku software update?

The Health Screening feature has not been removed from Styku Studio. A recent software update merged Health Screening metrics directly into the Dashboard view as part of a interface consolidation. You can find all of your Health Screening values there now.

Where to Find Health Screening Metrics

  1. Open Styku Studio on your scanner laptop.
  2. Open a member's profile or scan result.
  3. Navigate to the Dashboard view.
  4. Look for the Health Screening values displayed alongside your other metrics in the Dashboard.

Why Did This Change?

Styku combined the Health Screening section and the Dashboard into a single unified view. The goal was to make all key metrics available in one place, rather than spread across separate sections. No Health Screening data or functionality was removed — only where it appears in the interface changed.

What to Expect Next

A future Styku Studio update is planned that will make the Health Screening metrics more prominent and easier to spot within the Dashboard. This update will apply automatically when released.

If You Can't Locate the Metrics

  • Make sure your Styku Studio software is up to date. You can download the latest version from the Styku software download page. Note that updating takes approximately 10–30 minutes on average, so plan accordingly.
  • Try opening a completed scan and navigating directly to the Dashboard tab.
  • If the Dashboard view looks different from what you expect, your software may not have received the latest update yet.
  • Note: updating your software will not delete your existing scans or customer profiles. Per Styku's data retention behavior, previous scan data may be re-measured to use the latest measurements, but you will not lose your scans or customer profiles.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your Styku Studio version number (found in the app settings), a screenshot of your Dashboard view, and a description of which specific Health Screening metrics you cannot locate.
