Why did I get a Styku subscription renewal email?

About the Subscription Renewal Email

All Styku scanners require an active software subscription to keep scanning. If you received a renewal notice, it means your subscription is coming up for renewal and action may be required to avoid an interruption in service.

If this is the first time you are hearing about a subscription requirement, here is what to know:

• A subscription was included with your original scanner purchase, so you may not have noticed it before.
• The subscription covers ongoing access to the Styku Studio software, cloud sync, and support.
• Per Styku's subscription terms, unless your Order specifies otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew for the same duration as your prior term.
• You can view your subscription status, payment method, and license key by logging into the Styku Business Portal.

If You Do Not Want to Renew

Per Styku's non-renewal policy, to prevent your subscription from automatically renewing, you or Styku must provide written notice of non-renewal before a product-specific deadline. The required notice period varies by Styku product — for details, see the Product Specific Terms. If you decide not to renew, you may submit a non-renewal notice through your Styku Business Portal page.

If you are unsure whether your subscription is active or have questions about billing, contact Styku Support (details at the bottom of this article).

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your account email address, your subscription plan name, and a description of the renewal notice or question you received.
