Why am I not seeing certain body composition analyses or modules in Styku?

There are two distinct reasons body composition data or analysis tools may be missing from your Styku Studio software. Identifying which scenario applies to you will determine the fix.

Scenario A: Specific metrics are missing (Lean Mass, Bone Mass, Visceral Fat, etc.)

If you are missing individual body composition metrics — such as Lean Mass, Bone Mass, Visceral Adipose Tissue (VAT), Subcutaneous Adipose Tissue (SAT), Android Fat, or Gynoid Fat — the most likely cause is that your software is set to the Basic or Custom body composition model instead of Advanced.

What each model shows

**Advanced** (recommended) | Body Fat %, Fat Mass, Lean Mass, Bone Mass, VAT, SAT, Android Fat, Gynoid Fat, A/G Ratio, and more

**Basic** | Body Fat %, Fat Mass, Fat-Free Mass only

**Custom** | Body Fat %, Fat Mass, Fat-Free Mass only (body fat % is entered manually)

The Advanced model is the default in current versions of Styku Studio V5. If your software was previously configured to use Basic or Custom, those fuller metrics will not appear until you switch to Advanced.

How to check and change your model

1. Open Styku Studio on your scanner laptop.
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Find the Body Composition Model setting.
4. Confirm it is set to Advanced. If it shows Basic or Custom, select Advanced and save.

All scan results — past and future — will be displayed using the selected model going forward.

Note: The Styku mobile app always uses the Advanced model regardless of what is set in Styku Studio.

Scenario B: An entire module tab is missing

If a module tab (such as Fitness & Weight Loss, Posture & Alignment, Aesthetics & Sculpting, or Health Screen & Prevention) does not appear at all in your software, it is likely not included in your current subscription plan.

If you believe your plan should include the missing module, or if you would like to upgrade your plan to access it, contact Styku Support through the Business Portal at styku.com/portal.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your business name, your current subscription plan, the specific metric or module you cannot see, and your Styku Studio version number (found in the app settings).
