Where is the waist risk range (healthy waist size target) in the updated Styku Studio?

The waist risk range — the display that shows the target waist size needed to fall within a low-risk category — is part of the Health Screen & Prevention module. In Styku Studio V5, that module is a premium capability. If you upgraded and the waist risk range is no longer visible, it is because your account does not have the Health Screen & Prevention module unlocked — not because it needs to be re-enabled or restarted.

What requires the module vs. what you always have

The raw waist circumference measurement is available on every plan in the Dashboard and Body Metrics views. What requires the Health Screen & Prevention module is the risk interpretation layered on top of it — the waist risk range, the low-risk target, and the inch-loss risk-reduction goal slider — along with the Disease Risk section of the PDF scan report.

Setting a waist goal without the module

You can still give clients a meaningful waist target using standard clinical thresholds:

  • Women: aim for under 35 inches.
  • Men: aim for under 40 inches.

Exceeding these thresholds is associated with increased risk of several preventable diseases. Take the client's current waist measurement from their scan results and calculate the reduction needed to reach the target.

How to get the Health Screen module

The Health Screen & Prevention module is available if any of the following apply:

  • You are enrolled as a HealthPass provider.
  • The scan is a HealthPass Preventative Body Scan that your client purchased.
  • You are on the Enterprise software plan.
  • You add the module to Studio V5 for $300/month — available on any plan tier.

To enable the module or confirm your eligibility, contact Styku Support through the Business Portal at styku.com/portal.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If you believe your account should already include Health Screen & Prevention and the waist risk range is still missing, contact support and include: your business name, your current subscription plan, the version of Styku Studio you are running (visible in the app settings or title bar), and whether the issue appeared after a software upgrade.
