Where did total circumference change go in Styku Studio V5, and how do I view net changes?

In Styku Studio V5, net changes between scans — including circumference changes — are displayed at the top of the Dashboard when two or more scans are loaded. The dedicated "total circumference change" summary that appeared in earlier versions is no longer displayed as a standalone figure; this feedback has been passed on to the Styku product team.

How to View Net Changes on the Dashboard

  1. Open a member's profile in Styku Studio.
  2. The most recent scan loads automatically. To compare it with an earlier scan, select the Select scans button on the Dashboard.
  3. Choose the additional scan(s) you want to compare.
  4. Once two or more scans are loaded, net change values appear at the top of the Dashboard.

About Total Circumference Change

In previous versions of Styku Studio, a single total circumference change figure was prominently displayed when comparing scans. In V5, this combined total is not currently shown as a single value. Individual circumference measurements are still available for each scan, but there is no automatic sum of all circumference changes in this release.

We have relayed customer feedback about the reduced prominence of this metric to the Styku product team. We hope to see an improvement in a future update.

Switching Between Member Profiles

To open a different member's profile while you are already viewing one, you will need to log out of the current profile first. From the current profile, select Log out (or the equivalent exit option) to return to the home screen, then search for and open the next member. We understand this adds extra steps to your workflow and have logged this as a pain point with the product team.

Sharing Scan Reports and Results

If a member would like a record of their circumference measurements or net changes, you can generate and share a scan or progress report directly from Styku Studio:

  1. Press the Share Results button at the bottom of the window once you have opened a scan profile.
  2. Select the type of report you would like to create (scan report or progress report).
  3. Choose either to Print, Email, or Save the report to your computer.
  4. You can customize which pages are included — uncheck any pages you don't want to send, then press Set Pages.
  5. If emailing, confirm or update the email address in the box provided, then press Send. An email with a link to the report will be sent to that address.

Note: Changing the email address in this step does not update the email address associated with the customer's profile. To change a customer's profile details, you must edit the profile directly.

Customizing Which Pages Appear in Reports

Administrators can configure which pages are included in scan and progress reports by default:

  1. Open the Styku app and choose View Profiles, then enter your PIN.
  2. Choose the Settings option.
  3. Find and select Reports and Sharing.
  4. Press the Advanced button and log in using your Styku administrator account.
  5. Inside Advanced settings, locate Progress Report Pages and Scan Report Pages to add or remove pages from either report type.

Note: Changes made here apply to all reports sent from the software going forward.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your Styku Studio version number, a description of which specific circumference values or change metrics you cannot locate, and the steps you have already tried.

Applies to: Styku Studio V5, all Styku configurations.
