What scan products are available through HealthPass, and how is revenue shared?

This article covers the operational detail for HealthPass providers: which consumer products exist, how revenue share works under each activation path, and how payouts are processed. Two consumer products

**HealthPass Annual Membership** | $499 / year | 4 preventative scans per year (quarterly) + 1 physician-reviewed at-home blood test kit + Styku Health mobile app access

Both are separate from any standard 3D body scans you already include in your gym memberships or services. Standard 3D scans you already offer are unaffected by HealthPass pricing.

Revenue share by activation path

Pay-As-You-Go (revenue share model)

Two attribution channels under Pay-As-You-Go — the rate depends on how the customer reached the purchase:

A. Affiliate Link sales — customer purchases via your Affiliate Link, marketing assets, or QR code:

B. Platform-attributed sales — customer purchases on the HealthPass platform with attribution to your location (but not via your Affiliate Link):

Driving customers through your Affiliate Link (provided during onboarding, plus QR codes on marketing assets) materially increases your per-customer payout. Platform-attributed sales pay a flat $10 regardless of product.

Growth Partner (wholesale model)

You prepay scan packs at wholesale ($35 – $40 per scan depending on pack size) and bundle them into your own programs at your own retail price. No revenue share — your margin is your retail − wholesale cost. See the provider canonical for pack pricing.

Network Partner (subscription model)

$300 / month founding rate (future standard $500 / month) for unlimited preventative scans. No per-scan revenue share — you pay one monthly fee and operate as part of the HealthPass network.

Payout processing

  • Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. You'll connect a Stripe account during HealthPass onboarding.
  • Attribution trigger: a payout is initiated when a transaction is attributed to your account — meaning after the scan is performed or the blood test is delivered, not at the time of purchase.
  • Timing: payouts are processed daily, within 3 days of attribution. Funds reach your connected bank account via ACH (Stripe Connect's standard payout method).
  • Styku absorbs platform operating costs (payment processing fees, infrastructure, customer support); the payouts above are net to you.
  • Refunds, while expected to be rare, are deducted from your revenue share account.

HSA/FSA eligibility

HealthPass scans qualify as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) eligible purchases. Customers can pay using pre-tax health savings funds, which can improve conversion and reduce price sensitivity.

  • The Annual Membership ($150 affiliate payout) is structured to maximize recurring partner revenue and client retention versus the standalone scan.
