What is the Styku mobile app and who should use it?
Overview
The Styku mobile app is the primary way clients access their scan data, track progress, and take next steps after a body scan. It is free to download and available to all users, but the full feature set is unlocked based on the type of scan a client has purchased.
Details
- All clients should be encouraged to download the Styku mobile app before or after their first scan.
- The app is free for all users, but features are tiered based on scan type (see the Notes section below).
- After logging in, clients land on a Dashboard that summarizes their scan history, recent progress, and a 3D snapshot of their body shape and posture.
- The app is organized into four main areas accessible from the bottom navigation:
- Dashboard – Scan history summary, progress trends, and 3D shape/posture preview
- Body Scans – Full 3D scan viewer, individual measurements, and Before & After comparison
- Health Screen – Risk assessment across 20+ health categories (unlocked with a Preventative Body Scan)
- Metrics – Body composition, circumference, posture, and regional measurement trends over time
Notes
- The app experience is tiered:
- Clients who purchase a Preventative Body Scan get full access to all features, including the Health Screen.
- Clients who scan as part of another service offering will have Health Screen data restricted. This is by design, allowing practitioners to demonstrate the added value of the Preventative Body Scan.
- The Styku mobile app provides wellness estimates, not medical diagnoses. Results are not a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
If the problem persists, contact support through the Account section of the mobile app, which provides a direct line to the Styku technical support team.
