HealthPass is Styku's preventative health platform for providers. It layers on top of your existing Styku plan subscription and gives your business a structured way to offer preventative body scans, health risk analysis, and add-on blood testing to clients — backed by Styku-driven marketing and a growing consumer marketplace.

What HealthPass is

HealthPass is a four-component preventative health platform:

  1. 3D Body Scanning — millimeter-accurate scans, body composition, and posture in ~35 seconds.
  2. Health Risk Analysis — quantified risk for chronic disease, presented to the consumer over time.
  3. Blood Testing — add-on at-home testing inventory available to bundle with your programs at wholesale rates.
  4. Memberships & App — consumer mobile app, marketplace, and recurring engagement infrastructure.

HealthPass is designed for providers to deliver ongoing preventative services with measurable body data at the center, not one-off scans.

HealthPass vs. your Styku plan

HealthPass is additive to your Styku plan subscription, not a replacement. Providers stay on their current Styku plan (Access, Elite, or Enterprise); HealthPass pricing models are separate and layered on top. HealthPass is available to providers on every current Styku plan.

Founding Provider Program (currently open)

The Founding Provider Program is open for new enrollment now. Founding providers get preferred terms that future providers will not:

  • $0 onboarding for the founding cohort — the standard $2,500 activation, certification, and setup fee is waived. Includes account onboarding, certification guidance, operational support, activation support, marketing setup, and dedicated account management.

Pay-As-You-Go detail

  • Cost to start: $0. Activation: immediate. Risk model: shared revenue.
  • No inventory required — scans sell through the HealthPass storefront with attribution, payment, and fulfillment handled for you.
  • The 70 / 30 split above applies to sales completed via your Affiliate Link (provided during onboarding, plus QR codes on marketing assets). HealthPass-platform sales attributed to your location without going through your Affiliate Link pay a flat $10 per completed scan instead. Blood testing wholesale discounts: 25 % off (25 pack), 30 % off (50 pack), 40 % off (100 pack). Margin opportunity at $149 retail: ~$109 – $114 per scan.

  • $300 / month founding rate; locks in for the life of the plan even after the standard $500 / mo rate takes effect.
  • Unlimited preventative body scan usage, full HealthPass activation, marketplace participation.
  • No per-scan revenue share; exempt from upcoming platform price increases.

Marketing & demand generation

HealthPass providers get a marketing kit and benefit from Styku-driven demand generation.

Marketing tools included:

  • Printed materials — banner, poster, table-top tent brochures
  • Digital assets
  • Business listing as a partner location on the HealthPass website and the Styku Mobile App
  • Styku-driven qualified leads via paid digital ads
  • Social media post templates
  • Affiliate link

Demand-generation strategy:

  1. Today — offer HealthPass to the members and patients already in your business.
  2. Next — HealthPass tests centralized consumer acquisition channels and marketplace demand generation.
  3. Long-term — geo-targeted campaigns and referral systems route qualified consumers to participating provider locations.

Accuracy & medical context

  • Correlation of 0.95+ with DEXA for fat mass — within 1–2% of DEXA for body composition measurements.
  • 92% accuracy in predicting health risks (e.g., Metabolic Syndrome). This is a separate, independently published metric; health risk predictions are not benchmarked against DEXA.

How to apply

  1. Apply via your Styku account rep, or submit a request through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
  2. Your account rep reviews the application and schedules a walkthrough call covering the platform, activation paths, certification, and marketing.
  3. Live, step-by-step activation support from your account rep.
