What is the Styku Business Portal?

Overview

The Styku Business Portal is a logged-in web destination for Styku customers and their staff. It centralizes everything needed to get started, manage an account, learn the system, and get help.

The portal is organized into six main sections:

Onboarding – Step-by-step checklist to get up and running
Account Management – Orders, subscriptions, billing, licenses, and API access
Training & Education – Styku Academy courses and research publications
Sales & Marketing – Room design guidance, digital/print assets, and social examples
Need Help? – Support ticket creation and knowledge base access
Sales Inquiry – Contact sales to purchase a scanner

How to Access the Portal

Existing customers: Go to styku.com/portal and log in with your Styku account credentials.

New customers (first-time setup):

Create your Business Portal account at styku.com/welcome.
Verify your email address when prompted.
Wait approximately one minute for the system to provision your access.
Log in at styku.com/portal.

Who Can Access the Portal

The portal is available to Styku customers. Staff and managers can be invited to the portal by an existing portal member — they do not need to go through the welcome flow independently.

Styku Studio V5

Styku Studio V5 is available for customers in the continental USA. Other regions will follow. A dedicated training course is available at styku.com/stykustudioedu.
