What is HealthPass, and is it available outside the United States?

HealthPass is a Styku service that connects providers — gyms, clinics, pharmacies, and wellness facilities — with clients who want preventative health screenings powered by 3D body scanning. It is currently available to businesses in the United States only. Operators outside the US (including the UK, Australia, and Ireland) are not yet eligible to enroll in HealthPass.

International operators looking for health screening functionality should ask about the Health Screen & Prevention module — see the section below.


What HealthPass Does

  • Allows your facility to offer body scan-based preventative health screenings to clients through the Styku platform
  • When HealthPass is enabled on your scanner, the Styku Studio interface no longer prompts clients to purchase a preventative scan individually — access is handled through the HealthPass service instead
  • HealthPass is a separate enrollment from your existing Styku scanner subscription

How to Sign Up (US Operators Only)

  1. Visit styku.com/healthpass to apply as a founding HealthPass provider.
  2. Complete the sign-up form. Styku will review your application and follow up with next steps, including pricing and setup details.
  3. For questions about pricing, features, or getting set up, contact Styku's sales team directly through the sign-up page or by submitting a support ticket — your inquiry will be routed to the right person.

For Operators Outside the United States

HealthPass is not currently available in international markets, including the UK, Australia, and Ireland. There is no confirmed date for international rollout at this time.

If you are outside the USA and want to offer health screening to your clients, ask Styku about the Health Screen & Prevention module. The Health Screen & Prevention module is available on qualifying Styku subscription plans and enables preventative body scan health screening functionality — including disease risk indicators and metabolic health metrics — independently of the HealthPass program.

To ask about availability and pricing for your region, submit a ticket through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal or email your account manager.

Note: HealthPass and the Health Screen & Prevention module are different products with different pricing and enrollment. HealthPass is a consumer-facing program (clients pay for screenings); Health Screen & Prevention is a module unlocked on the operator's Styku Studio subscription.

Is there an additional charge for HealthPass if I already have a Styku scanner?

I'm in the UK — what can I do right now to offer health screenings?
Ask Styku about the Health Screen & Prevention module for your plan. Submit a support ticket and mention you're outside the USA and interested in offering health screening to clients — our team will advise on what's available in your region.

Where can I find HealthPass training materials?
Training resources are being made available to enrolled providers. Contact Styku support after your application is approved for access to documentation and training videos.

Can my clients still pay for individual preventative scans without HealthPass?
If HealthPass is not enabled on your scanner, the standard purchase prompt for preventative scans remains in place for clients (US only). International operators should ask about the Health Screen module for equivalent functionality.
