Overview
HealthPass members can optionally purchase at-home blood testing panels to get deeper health insights beyond the body scan. These panels are completed using a finger-prick collection kit and are reviewed by licensed physicians through a third-party partner.

How customers purchase panels:
- At your location (staff-assisted)
- Through the HealthPass mobile app
- Directly at tryhealthpass.com
How the process works:
- Customer purchases a panel using one of the methods above.
- A finger-prick collection kit is sent to the customer for at-home sample collection.
- The sample is submitted and reviewed by a licensed physician through HealthPass's third-party partner.
- If significant health concerns or elevated risk indicators are found, the physician contacts the member directly to discuss results and recommended next steps.
- Results are delivered securely to the member through the HealthPass mobile app and member portal.
Operator earnings:
- Your location earns $10 per blood test panel purchased, regardless of which panel the customer selects.
Notes
- Blood test results are only visible to the member through their own account. Operators do not have access to individual blood panel results.
- The third-party partner manages physician review and all secure handling of medical information—this is not managed by your location.
- Results, body scan data, and health insights are all stored together in the member's HealthPass profile, supporting long-term health tracking.
