Overview
HealthPass offers two consumer-facing pricing options: a standalone preventative body scan and an annual membership. Both are designed to make preventative health screenings accessible and affordable while giving your business flexibility in how you present and sell them.
Provider vs. consumer pricing: This article covers the retail/consumer pricing customers see at HealthPass partner locations. Provider-side economics — how much you earn per scan, wholesale scan packs, monthly unlimited plans — are covered separately in the Three Activation Paths section of the provider canonical article.
Offering 1: Preventative Body Scan (Standalone)
Price: $149 per scan
Includes:
- Full 3D body scan (model, measurements, body composition)
- Access to the Health Module with metabolic risk indicators
- In-person consultation delivered by your staff
This is a one-time purchase suitable for customers who want a single screening or who are not yet ready to commit to a membership.
Offering 2: HealthPass Annual Membership
Price: $499 per year
Includes:
- 4 preventative body scans (approximately one per quarter)
- 1 at-home blood testing kit
- In-person consultation at each scan visit
- Licensed physician review of blood test results
- Physician outreach if elevated health risks or red flags are identified
The membership serves two functions depending on the member's health status:
- Proactive monitoring — members track health trends over time across quarterly scans.
- Escalation pathway — if elevated risk is identified, the physician review process can help direct the member toward more advanced diagnostic care.
Notes
- The blood test is an at-home kit; it does not require the member to visit a clinic.
- Physician review is only triggered when the blood panel results are returned — it is not part of the standalone scan offering.
- Scan credits included in the membership are allocated per Subscription Cycle and do not roll over to the next term; unused credits expire on cancellation. See the Scan Credits product-specific terms for full policy.
