How to View Your Scans

The best way to view your scans is through the "Shape" page in the mobile app. The Shape page allows you to view all of your 3D scans and measurements in an interactive, user-friendly way.


Why Can't I See All of My Scans?

Make sure you are logged in with the same Styku account (email address) that was used at the time of scanning. The app retrieves only the scans associated with your current account.


Some of My Scans Are Missing — What Should I Do?

There are a few common reasons scans may be missing:

1. Scans Are Under a Different Email Address

If you have scanned using multiple email addresses, your scans may not all be under one profile. To resolve this, follow the steps to merge your profiles (see the Account Management article), or submit a support ticket to request a merge.

2. Scans Were Archived Due to Poor Quality

Some scans may be archived automatically because poor-quality scans cannot provide an accurate body assessment. To find archived scans:

  1. Go to your Account in the app.
  2. Select "Review Scans".
  3. You will be able to see scans that have been archived and decide whether to keep or remove them.

My Scan Results Haven't Appeared in the App Yet

For scans to appear in the Styku mobile app, they must be uploaded to the cloud from the scanning location's computer.

Common cause: The computer at the scanning location was closed or lost its internet connection before the upload completed.

What to do: Contact the business location where you were scanned and ask them to ensure the Styku software is open with a strong, active internet connection so the scan can be uploaded.


How Long Does It Take to See Scan Results?

Scan delivery time depends on:

  • The network connection of the computer at the scanning location
  • Your phone's network or Wi-Fi connection

Generally, it may take up to 15–20 minutes to view scan results in the mobile app after your scan is completed. After scanning, the business location should keep the Styku software open with a strong internet connection to ensure your scan processes to the cloud promptly.
