Styku Refurbished Unit Sales Terms — Overview & Applicability

When a customer purchases a refurbished Styku unit, they are bound by the Refurbished Unit Sales Terms & Conditions in addition to Styku's standard Customer Terms of Service and Product-Specific Terms of Service. Where any conflict exists between this agreement and other Styku terms, the Refurbished Unit Sales Terms take precedence. Buyers should review all applicable terms at styku.com/terms before purchasing.

These Refurbished Unit Sales Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of any refurbished equipment ("Refurbished Unit") provided by Styku LLC ("Styku") to the purchaser ("Buyer"). By purchasing a Refurbished Unit, Buyer agrees to be bound both by this Agreement and by all other applicable Styku terms and conditions, including the Styku Customer Terms of Service and Product-Specific Terms of Service available at: https://www.styku.com/terms

This Agreement applies in addition to those Terms and Conditions. Where a conflict exists, the terms of this Agreement control and supersede any inconsistent provisions.
