Styku Product-Specific Terms of Service — Styku's Reserved Rights Over the API

Summary

Styku retains broad discretionary rights over the API, including the ability to introduce fees, modify or remove API features, require updated usage methods, or discontinue support — all without prior notice. If a developer's use of the API or credentials is deemed contrary to Styku's or its customers' interests, Styku may deactivate those credentials, block access, or otherwise prevent further use.

We reserve the right to do any of the following with or without notice:

1. Charge fees for access to the API.
2. Offer or cease to offer support for the API.
3. Modify the API and require you to use the latest versions.
4. Require you to use the API in a different manner.
5. Remove any part of the API at our sole discretion.

If we determine that your use of the API or Developer Credentials is against the interests of us or our Customers, we reserve the right to deactivate any Developer Credentials You have obtained from them, block your IP address, or otherwise prevent your use or access of the API.
