Summary

The software license agreement terminates either when the subscription period expires or if the customer breaches any term. Upon termination, customers may not use the software and may be required to certify deletion of all copies. No refund or compensation is available if the agreement is terminated before the subscription period ends.

Termination

This Agreement will be effective upon activation of the Software and will terminate upon the earlier of: (a) expiration of the Subscription Period, or (b) your failure to comply with any term of this Agreement. Styku's rights and your obligations will survive the termination of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, You may not use the Software and, if requested by Styku, You will certify in writing to Styku that all copies of the Software have either been returned to
