Styku Product-Specific Terms of Service — Delinquent Accounts and Service Denial

Summary

If a customer's account is delinquent on subscription fees, leasing payments, installment payments, or other recurring charges for more than 30 days, Styku will deny service. Service resumes once the outstanding balance is cleared and the account is restored to good standing.

Delinquent Accounts

Accounts that are not in good standing with Styku, and are delinquent in subscription fees, leasing payments, installment payments or other recurring charges for more than 30 days will be denied service. Once the balance is cleared and good standing is restored, service will be provided.
