Scan credits purchased as one-time products remain valid as long as you maintain an active Styku account. If your account is canceled or terminated, unused one-time scan credits may be forfeited. Healthpass by Styku may permit you to purchase scans on a one-time basis outside of a subscription plan.
- Validity of One-Time Scan Purchases. Scan credits purchased as a one-time product remain valid until redeemed, provided that you maintain an active Styku account.
- Account Requirement. If your Styku account is cancelled or terminated, any unused scan credits associated with one-time purchases may be forfeited.
- Non-Transferable. One-time scan credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be redeemed by the account holder through the Site or App for eligible scan Offerings.
