Full Policy Text

If you purchase a Healthpass by Styku membership that includes scan credits, the following terms apply:

  1. Allocation of Credits. Each membership plan provides a specific number of scan credits during each Subscription Cycle or membership term, as specified at the time of purchase.
  2. Expiration Upon Cancellation or Termination. If your membership is cancelled, expires, or is otherwise terminated for any reason, any unused scan credits associated with that membership will expire immediately and will not be refunded, transferred, or carried forward.
  3. No Rollover Between Terms. Scan credits provided as part of a membership do not roll over from one Subscription Cycle or membership term to another. At the beginning of each new Subscription Cycle or membership term, the number of preventative scan credits available to you will reset to the number included with your applicable membership plan.
  4. Use of Credits. Scan credits issued as part of a membership may only be used to book eligible scan Offerings through the Site or App.
