Styku Mobile App: Member Access, Scan Syncing, and Operational Use

The Styku Mobile App serves both members and operations staff, providing secure access to scan results, health trends, and session management tools. Understanding how the app works ensures that staff use it correctly and that members get full value from their scans.
What the Styku Mobile App Does
The Styku Mobile App provides the following core functions:
- Auto-syncs scans and metrics securely — results upload to the cloud after each session and appear in the app automatically once sync is confirmed.
- Enables QR code login — members can authenticate a scan session quickly and securely by scanning the on-screen QR code with the app.
- Shows trends over time — members can view how their body composition and shape metrics have changed across multiple scans.
- Allows users to archive scans — members can mark individual "off" scans (e.g., scans affected by artifacts or unusual circumstances) to keep their trend data clean and meaningful.
Free Access for All Members
Every customer can download the Styku Mobile App and view their body composition and shape data for free. There is no cost to members for accessing their scan results through the app. Staff should communicate this to clients as part of the standard scan experience.
Staff Responsibility: Confirming Cloud Sync
After completing a scan, staff must not close the laptop or exit the software until the Cloud Sync indicator confirms that the upload is complete. This is a required operational step — results will only appear in the member's mobile app after a successful sync. Closing the software prematurely may delay or prevent results from reaching the client.
