What Styku will sell: Styku will offer the following products for sale on the Healthpass Platform, at https://tryhealthpass.com:

  • Preventative Body Scan
  • Healthpass Membership
  • Blood Tests

What you are agreeing to: You, the Partner, agree to:

  • Sell a minimum of 10 Preventative Body Scans and/or Healthpass Memberships per month, using your Affiliate Link.
  • Perform scans on-site using your Styku 3D Body Scanner.
  • Fulfill Preventative Body Scans and Healthpass Membership scans in a timely and professional manner.

What Styku is responsible for: Styku will:

  • Manage and operate the tryhealthpass.com website and Healthpass Platform.
  • Handle payment processing and customer service related to Healthpass purchases, as well as technical support.
  • Facilitate customer scheduling and appointments for scanning.
  • Provide you with a unique Affiliate Link to track revenue-share eligible transactions.
