Styku Customer Terms of Service — Force Majeure
Styku Customer Terms of Service — Force Majeure
Summary
Neither Styku nor the customer is responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside their reasonable control, such as acts of war, natural disasters, internet outages, pandemics, or government restrictions. This exemption does not apply to payment obligations — fees remain due regardless of force majeure events. Both parties are expected to make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact of such events.
