Except for claims related to nonpayment or breach of intellectual property rights, any legal action arising from this agreement must be brought within one year of the event that caused the claim. Neither party may pursue claims beyond this window. The agreement also confirms that Styku and its customers are independent parties — no partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between them.

Except for actions for nonpayment or breach of a party's proprietary rights, no action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued. Relationship of the Parties You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between us.
