Before Styku will approve a consignment request, customers must submit photos of all system components, confirm what is included with the unit, and participate in a live remote walkthrough to verify functionality. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of everything they represent about the unit's condition. Styku's decision to approve or deny a request is final and cannot be appealed. Any required data wipe will be performed by Styku upon receipt of the unit.

3. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS PRIOR TO APPROVAL

3.1 Required Documentation. Prior to approval, Customer must submit: • Photos of the tower, turntable, cables, serial number, and complete system setup; • Confirmation of all included components; • Participation in a remote live walkthrough to validate functionality.

3.2 Data Handling. Customer acknowledges that Styku will perform any required data wipe upon receipt.

3.3 Accuracy. Customer is responsible for the accuracy of all representations about unit condition.

3.4 Approval. Styku's approval or denial is final and non-appealable.
