The customer bears all risk of loss or damage during transit until Styku confirms warehouse receipt; after that, Styku bears the risk. Damage caused by improper packing is the customer's liability, while damage occurring at Styku's facility is Styku's responsibility. Units damaged beyond recovery due to packing issues will not be accepted into the program.

8. OWNERSHIP & RISK OF LOSS

8.1 Ownership Transfer. Customer remains the legal owner until resale is completed.

8.2 Risk of Loss. (a) Customer bears all risk until warehouse receipt. (b) Styku bears risk after Acceptance.

8.3 Damage Liability. • Customer is liable for damage caused by improper packing. • Styku is liable for damage occurring at its facility.

8.4 Unrecoverable Units. Units damaged beyond recovery due to packing issues will not be accepted.
