Violations may result in removal from the program or exclusion from future participation.

9. ORIGINAL OWNER RESTRICTIONS
Customer shall not interfere with Styku's resale, marketing, pricing, or buyer relationships. Customer may not contact or attempt to identify any prospective or actual buyer. Violation may result in program removal or refusal of future participation.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-CONTACT
11.1 Customer must maintain confidentiality regarding resale details.
11.2 Customer shall not contact or seek information about the future purchaser.
11.3 Customer acknowledges Styku is not acting as its agent or representative.
