Scan doesn't complete, receive error message saying couldn't see feet

This is an issue with detecting the turntable or can be an issue with detecting the feet. Black socks, and loose pant cuffs, can cause issues with seeing the feet. Please have clients remove any socks or shoes during the scanning process, and wear form-fitting clothing.

Environmental interference can also cause this issue. Please review environmental requirements for proper scanner operation.
