My Styku order arrived but some boxes are missing — what should I do?

Your Styku scanner ships in three separate boxes, and they often arrive on different days — even if they were shipped at the same time. If you've received some boxes but not others, the remaining boxes are most likely still in transit.

What's in each box

Your complete order includes three boxes:

  • Box 1 – Camera tower: the tall aluminum stand with the infrared camera
  • Box 2 – Turntable: the rotating platform your clients stand on during a scan
  • Box 3 – Laptop, accessories, and setup materials: the laptop computer, laptop stand, setup mat, user guide, license key, and other accessories

What to do if a box hasn't arrived

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation from Styku. It may include tracking numbers for each box separately.
  2. Look up each tracking number on the carrier's website (e.g., FedEx or UPS) to see the delivery status for each box.
  3. Check around your delivery area — large boxes are sometimes left in a different spot, held at a front desk, or signed for by someone else at your location.
  4. If a box shows as delivered but you haven't found it, or if a box has no tracking update after several business days, contact Styku support.

While you're waiting

You don't need all three boxes to start getting familiar with the system. Once your laptop box arrives, you can power on the laptop and explore the Styku Studio software. However, you will need all three components connected to complete a scan.

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: your order number, the tracking number(s) you received, which box(es) you are missing, and the delivery address so support can verify shipment records.
