Is Styku Studio V5 and the Styku mobile app available in the UK and other international markets?
Styku Studio V5 is being rolled out to international customers, including those in the UK. The Styku mobile app is also planned for international release, but availability may be slightly delayed compared to the desktop software update — Styku will notify you directly when it is available in your region.
Styku Studio V5 Desktop Update
The V5 update for the Styku Studio desktop app is being introduced to international markets. When your account is included in the rollout, the update will download automatically and prompt you to install it. You do not need to do anything to trigger it.
- The update installs automatically on your Styku laptop when it becomes available for your account.
- You will see an update notification window appear on your Styku software when it is ready.
- Training materials covering the changes in V5 are available in the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
Styku Mobile App Availability
The Styku mobile app (available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) is rolling out internationally, but app store availability in your region may follow the desktop update by a few weeks. Styku will send an email notification when the mobile app is available in your region.
- You do not need to take any action now — watch for a follow-up email from Styku.
- The mobile app allows your scanned clients to view their 3D body, measurements, and health data on their own device.
If You Are Not Ready to Update Yet
If you received the V5 update but would prefer to stay on the previous version while you prepare your team, contact Styku support. The support team can:
- Roll your software back to the previous version of Styku Studio.
- Pause automatic updates on your account so you are not prompted to upgrade until you are ready.
When you are ready to move to V5, training resources are available in the Styku Business Portal.
What to Expect Next
- Styku will contact you by email when the V5 desktop update is available for your account if it has not yet been applied.
- Styku will send a separate notification when the mobile app is released in your region.
- No action is required on your end in the meantime.
