I can't view my scan report because the link is broken
If clicking the link in your Styku scan report email opens a blank page or doesn't display anything, the most common cause is Safari's handling of PDF files on iPhone and Mac. Safari has a known issue opening PDF links directly in the browser. Switching to Google Chrome resolves this in most cases.
Steps
- Download Google Chrome from the App Store (iPhone/iPad) or from google.com/chrome (Mac).
- Set Chrome as your default browser:
- iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → search for Chrome → tap Default Browser App → select Chrome.
- Mac: Open System Preferences → General → set Default web browser to Google Chrome.
- Open the email containing your Styku scan report and tap or click the link — it will now open in Chrome and display correctly.
Note: You only need to change the default browser once. Future Styku report links will open automatically in Chrome after this change.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: your device type, the browser you are using, and a description of what you see when you tap the link.
