How to Cancel the Styku Mobile App Premium Subscription on iPhone or Android

You can cancel your Styku Mobile App Premium subscription at any time directly through your phone's app store settings — Styku cannot cancel it on your behalf. If you cancel within the 7-day free trial window, you will not be charged. After cancelling, your scan data remains fully accessible on the free tier.

Applies to: Styku mobile app (iOS and Android), Premium subscription tier — end users (people who have been scanned). This does not apply to the Styku scanner software subscription used by gyms and fitness businesses.


What Is Styku Mobile Premium?

The Styku mobile app has two tiers:

  • Free tier — lets you view all your scan data, 3D body model, body measurements, and metrics at no cost. No subscription is required to access your scan results.
  • Premium tier — adds extra features beyond scan viewing. It is not required to access your scan data.

If you signed up for Premium by accident, or no longer need the extra features, you can cancel and continue using the free version without losing access to your scan data.


About the 7-Day Free Trial

When you subscribe to Styku Mobile Premium, you receive a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken. After the trial period, your app store (Apple or Google) will charge you automatically unless you have already cancelled.


How to Cancel on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Tap your name at the top to open your Apple ID settings.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap the Styku subscription in the list.
  5. Tap Cancel Free Trial or Cancel Subscription.
  6. Confirm the cancellation when prompted.

How to Cancel on Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions, then tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find and tap the Styku subscription in the list.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to confirm.

Switching Between iPhone and Android

There is no way to transfer a Styku app subscription between Android and Apple devices. If you switch platforms, you will need to purchase the subscription again on your new device. To avoid being charged on your old device after switching:

  1. Cancel your existing subscription immediately using the links above.
  2. Download the Styku app on your new device.
  3. Set up a new subscription on the new platform if desired.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • You will retain access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period (or the end of the free trial window, if still active).
  • After that, the app automatically reverts to the free tier — you do not need to reinstall anything.
  • Cancelling does not delete your scan data. All your body measurements, metrics, and scan history remain accessible on the free tier.
  • Your scan data and account information are tied to your Styku profile, not your device. As long as you log in with the same email address, your existing scans and account history will be accessible on any device.

Why Can't Styku Cancel It for Me?

Your subscription is managed entirely by Apple or Google to protect your payment privacy. Styku does not have access to your personal app store account or billing details, so cancellation must be done through your device's settings.

Similarly, Styku does not process or store your payment information, and Styku is not able to issue refunds for app store purchases. If you believe you were charged in error or cancelled within the free trial window and were still charged, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly to request a refund.


Important Notes

  • Styku Support cannot cancel the subscription on your behalf.
  • After cancelling, you will retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
  • The free version of the app remains available after cancellation.
  • If you switch from iPhone to Android (or vice versa), you must purchase a new subscription on the new platform. Subscriptions cannot be transferred between Apple and Google.
  • Refund requests for app store purchases must be directed to Apple or Google, not Styku.
