How does the HealthPass customer workflow work from start to finish?
The HealthPass customer workflow has six stages: introduction → purchase → app authentication → scan → consultation → results & next steps. Understanding this flow helps your team deliver the service consistently and identify where HealthPass fits within your existing customer experience.
1. Introduction / Presentation
Staff introduce the customer to HealthPass using the location's unique Affiliate Link, which doubles as a presentation page. Walk the customer through what the Preventative Body Scan provides directly from that page.

2. Purchase and checkout
The customer completes a secure digital checkout. The process is fully automated:
- Select a product — Preventative Body Scan ($149 one-time) or HealthPass Annual Membership ($499/year)
- Enter email address
- Verify identity
- Existing app user: Enter email and verification code to log in
- New user: Enter the verification code sent to their email, then complete their profile
- Enter payment information
- Standard credit/debit cards accepted
- FSA and HSA cards are also accepted — clients can use pre-tax health dollars
Payment must be confirmed before the scan is made available in the system.
Encourage clients to create their Styku Health app account before their appointment to speed up checkout.
3. App authentication
The client downloads the Styku mobile app (iOS / Android) and authenticates their account. This verifies their purchase and unlocks their session credentials.
4. Scan in the studio
At the provider location, the client uses the Styku mobile app to scan the on-screen QR code displayed in the studio. This links their account to the scanning hardware and initiates the session.
Once the scan is complete (~35 seconds on the turntable), the HealthPass interface unlocks preventative health insights tied to the customer's body composition and posture data.

5. Consultation (most important step)
This is the moment where data becomes meaningful. Staff interpret the results with the customer, explain potential health risks identified by the scan, and connect those insights to the services and solutions your business already offers.

6. Results & next steps
- Results are available immediately within the Styku mobile app — clients can review their 3D body scan and health screen metrics on the spot.
- Premium app features are included at no additional cost for both Preventative Body Scan and Annual Membership purchasers. This includes the full suite of AI-driven anthropometric health screen outputs.
- Results are stored in the customer's account for long-term tracking.
- Customers may choose to purchase optional at-home blood testing kits for deeper metabolic insight.

- Customers can book independently outside your facility — your location still receives credit as long as the booking is made through your Affiliate Link.
- HealthPass integrates into existing services rather than replacing them — it creates a more informed starting point for conversations your team is already having.
