How do I view my subscription status and renewal date?
Your subscription details are available directly in the Styku Business Portal — no need to contact support for routine billing information.
Current plan, start date, and amount
- Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
- Navigate to Account Management.
- Click Your order and subscription details.
Here you will find:
- Your current subscription plan
- Your subscription start date
- Your billed amount
Renewal date, billing history, and past invoices
Renewal date, next billing date, order history, and past invoices are managed through Stripe. To access them:
- Log in to the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal.
- Navigate to Account Management.
- Click Update your billing information.
- Enter the email address associated with your billing account. A secure sign-in link will be sent to that inbox — click it to open the Stripe billing portal.
In the Stripe portal you will find your renewal date, next billing date, full order history, and downloadable past invoices.
If something looks incorrect
If your plan, billing amount, or renewal date appears wrong, contact Styku Support through the Business Portal ticket form. Include your business name, the expected plan and billing amount, and a screenshot of what you are seeing.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
