How do I view a client's inch-loss goal in the scan report?
How do I view a client's inch-loss goal in the scan report?
Overview
When you set an inch-loss goal with a client under the Health Tab, that goal is automatically saved and displayed in the Client Summary Report. This allows you and your client to track progress toward a specific body measurement target over time.
Steps / Details
- Open the client's profile in the Styku software.
- Navigate to the Scan Report or Client Summary Report for the relevant scan session.
- Locate the Inch-loss goal field in the report — this will display the goal previously entered under the Health Tab.
- Compare the client's current waist circumference measurement against the displayed goal to assess progress.
Notes
- The inch-loss goal must be set in the Health Tab before it will appear in the report. If the field is blank, the goal has not yet been entered.
- Waist circumference thresholds associated with increased health risk are:
- Men: waist circumference greater than 40 inches
- Women: waist circumference greater than 35 inches
- A change in waist circumference without a corresponding change in scale weight can still indicate meaningful progress — for example, a client may be losing fat and gaining muscle simultaneously. This is an important point to communicate to clients who are focused solely on weight.
- Tracking waist and stomach measurements provides health context that a scale alone cannot offer.
- Goals do not appear in the client's Styku mobile app view. To share a goal with a client, include the goal pages in the Full Scan Report and email the report to them. See the related articles below.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support and include: the client profile name, the scan date, and a screenshot of the report showing the missing or incorrect inch-loss goal field.
Applies to: All Styku configurations with the Health Tab and Client Summary Report enabled.
