How do I track my Styku scanner order?
Order Fulfillment Steps
Styku scanner orders move through six steps from placement to delivery. Each step has an estimated duration:

From order placement to delivery, the full process typically takes 5–9 weeks, depending on the current step durations.
How to Track Your Order
Log in to the Styku Business Portal and navigate to the Order Status section. You can:
- View which step your order is currently in
- See the estimated ship date range
- Click through to your invoice for order details
- Access real-time shipment tracking once the unit has shipped
During Production (Step 3)
Step 3 (In Production) is when parts are built and assembled. This step takes approximately 5 weeks in some cases. Styku recommends using this time to complete your training at styku.com/academy.
If Your Ship Date Has Passed and Your Order Has Not Shipped
Occasionally, production timelines shift. If your estimated ship date has passed and you have not received tracking information:
- Log in to the Business Portal at styku.com/portal to check for any updated status.
- If no update is showing, submit a support ticket through the portal with your order number and the original ship date you were given.
Note: Per Styku's Terms of Service, delays caused by events outside Styku's reasonable control — such as supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or government restrictions — are covered under the force majeure policy and may affect production or shipping timelines without constituting a breach of agreement.
