How do I track client progress over time in Styku?

Styku offers progress tracking tools across three platforms: Styku Studio (the desktop scanning software), the Styku mobile app (for clients), and Styku Leaderboard (a separate web portal for practitioners and business owners). Each serves a different use case.

Styku Studio

Styku Studio provides the most detailed set of comparison and visualization tools, used during or after a client session:

  • Measurement graphs and progress summary — when two or more scans are loaded, the dashboard shows change summaries for each measurement; select any measurement in the 3D viewport to see its value and a graph of change over time
  • Split screen — view two scans side by side with synchronized rotation
  • Profile and silhouette overlay — compare body outlines from the side or front
  • Cross section view — see how body shape at any circumference has changed (earlier scan in red, newer in green)
  • Progress report — email a formatted progress report directly to the client from within Studio

Styku Mobile App

Clients can review their own scan history anytime from the Styku mobile app:

  • Body Scans section — tap any scan to view the 3D model; swipe to see measurements overlaid on the body
  • Before and After view — side-by-side visual comparison of two scans
  • Metrics section — trend graph for any individual measurement across all scan dates; tap the (i) icon next to any metric for an explanation

Styku Leaderboard

Styku Leaderboard is a separate web portal at leaderboard.styku.com — not part of Studio or the mobile app. It is a paid add-on that provides aggregate and comparative progress tracking:

  • Dashboard — total scans, new clients, cumulative inches and pounds lost across your location
  • Challenges — rank clients by progress during a defined period (scored by waist loss + weight loss + body fat loss)
  • Reports — export data to Excel or CSV for use in a CRM or external system
  • Multi-location tracking — compare performance across locations (useful for franchise and multi-site operators)

Leaderboard is not included in any Styku subscription plan by default. Contact Styku Support through the Business Portal to add it to your account.
