How do I sign up for the Styku HealthPass partner program?
Becoming a HealthPass partner is a two-stage process: first an application and walkthrough with your Styku account rep, then self-serve activation through the HealthPass partner landing page. The actual activation is completed entirely online.

Stage 1 — Apply and schedule a walkthrough
- Apply — Reach out to your Styku account rep, or submit a request through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal. You can also apply via styku.com/healthpass.
- Application review — Your account rep reviews your business for program fit.
- Walkthrough call — Once approved, your account rep schedules a walkthrough call covering: the platform, the three activation paths, certification, and marketing assets. Pick the activation path that best fits your business model.
Stage 2 — Activate through the partner landing page
After the walkthrough, you'll complete activation online:
1. Visit the partner landing page
Use the activation link provided by your account rep. Review the program benefits; you can use the on-page Revenue Calculator to estimate your earnings under the activation path you've selected.
2. Click "Activate HealthPass at Your Location"
3. Log in or create a Business Portal account
- If you do not have a Business Portal account, you'll be prompted to create one.
- If you already have one, log in with your existing credentials (you may be logged in automatically).
4. Review program details
You'll be walked through what Styku sells on your behalf, what you agree to as a partner, and what Styku handles for you.
5. Read and sign the Master Service Agreement (MSA)
Review the MSA carefully and sign it to proceed. The MSA is the legal source of truth for revenue share rates and payout mechanics — see the linked MSA articles for full policy text.
6. Complete business verification via Stripe
Styku uses Stripe Connect to collect and verify your business and business-owner information. You'll see Styku branding during this step, but all data collection and verification are handled by Stripe — Styku does not store your banking information.
7. Enter your business location information
Provide your location details so your facility appears on the Styku Locations map and the HealthPass partner directory, making it discoverable to clients searching for a HealthPass location. If you've already entered this during scanner activation, confirm it's accurate.
8. Connect your bank account for payouts
Link your business bank account through Stripe's secure system. Payouts are processed automatically — typically within ~3 business days of attribution (after a scan is performed or a blood test is delivered).
After activation
You'll receive a confirmation email with:
- Your unique Affiliate Link
- A matching QR code to display in your facility so clients can easily reach your link
Using your Affiliate Link is essential — sales completed through it pay the full revenue share, while sales the platform attributes to your location without your Affiliate Link pay a flat $10. See the revenue share article for the full breakdown.
