How do I share scan results with a client?
Overview
After reviewing results in Styku Studio, you have two options for giving clients ongoing access to their scan data: a PDF report or the Styku mobile app.
Steps / Details
Option 1 – Generate a PDF report
- From the Dashboard or Body Metrics view, select Share Results.
- A PDF report of the client's scan data will be generated.
- Share the PDF with the client via your preferred method (print, email, etc.).
Option 2 – Styku mobile app
- The client downloads the Styku mobile app on their device.
- The client signs in using the same verified email address associated with their Styku profile.
- All scan data syncs automatically—no manual export or transfer required.
- The client can revisit their scans, review trends, and track progress between visits at any time.
Notes
- The mobile app sync depends on the client using the exact same verified email address used when their profile was created in Styku Studio. A mismatch in email address will prevent syncing.
- Encouraging clients to use the app between visits supports ongoing engagement and reinforces the value of follow-up scans.
- The PDF report is a good option for clients who prefer a printed takeaway or who do not have a smartphone.
If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: the client's email address (confirm it matches in both Studio and the app), the device type, and a description of the sync issue.
