How do I send Styku scan results to a secondary or additional email address?
You can share a scan report with any email address directly from Styku Studio — this is separate from the email address on the client's scan profile and does not change it.
Sending Scan Results to a Secondary Email Address
- Open the client's scan results in Styku Studio.
- Locate the sharing or report options for that scan.
- Enter the secondary email address where you want to send the results.
- Send the report.
Changing the Email Address on a Client's Profile
If you need to permanently update the email address associated with the client's scan profile — not just send a one-time report — that is a separate action. Administrators can edit the profile directly in Styku Studio. See:

If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.
If the problem persists, contact support through the Styku Business Portal at styku.com/portal and include: the client's profile name, the email address where you are trying to send the report, and a description of any error messages you see.
