How do I reset my Styku Business Portal password or get a login link?

If you can't log in to the Styku Business Portal, the fastest fix is to request a password reset email sent to your registered email address. If you're seeing an "email not on record" error, or you're not sure which email address is on file, contact Styku support — we can verify or update your account email and resend the login link.

Note: Please check your spam folder before completing the steps below.

Step 1: Try the Password Reset Flow

  1. Open a new Incognito/Private window in your browser. In Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+N (Mac) to open one.
  2. Go to https://www.styku.com/welcome.
  3. Press the Log in here button.
  4. Press the Forgot Password button on the screen where it asks for credentials.
  5. Enter the email address you used to register — Styku will send you an email link to reset your password.

Step 2: If You Don't Receive the Email

  • Check your spam or junk folder first.
  • Confirm you're using the right email address. Your portal account may be registered under a different address than you expect (for example, a personal email rather than your business email).
  • Wait a few minutes and check again — there can be a short delay.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try the login page again.

Step 3: If the Reset Link Is Expired

Reset links expire shortly after they are sent. If you click the link and get an "expired" message:

  1. Return to https://www.styku.com/welcome.
  2. Press the Log in here button, then click Forgot Password again to request a fresh link.
  3. Open the new email and click the link right away.

Step 4: If You Still Can't Log In

If none of the above steps work — especially if you see an "email not on record" error — your account may be registered under a different email address, or your account may need to be created. Contact Styku support through the Styku Business Portal at https://www.styku.com/portal — try from a different device or browser, or ask a colleague with portal access to submit a ticket on your behalf. Include your name and business name so support can look up your account and send you a working login link.

Password Requirements

When setting your new password, it must meet all four of the following requirements simultaneously:

  • At least 12 characters long
  • At least one uppercase letter (e.g. A, B, C)
  • At least one number (e.g. 1, 2, 3)
  • At least one special character (e.g. !, @, #, $)

If any requirement is missing, the portal will reject the password — sometimes without specifying which rule failed. A common issue is meeting the length requirement but forgetting a special character.

Example of a valid password: MyStudio2025!

What You Can Do in the Business Portal

Once you're logged in, the Styku Business Portal gives you access to:

  • Your license key (needed to activate Styku Studio on your scanner laptop)
  • Training & Education resources, including Styku Academy
  • Order and shipping status
  • Support ticket submission and history
  • Subscription and billing information
  • Marketing materials

Per Styku's Product-Specific Terms of Service, support of the equipment is provided through your Styku business portal. Styku may require you to demonstrate that you are current with any and all payment obligations before providing technical support.


If this resolves your issue, no further action is needed.

If the problem persists, contact support and include: the email address (or addresses) you tried to use to log in, the name of your business, and a description of any error message you saw (such as "email not on record" or "link expired").
