How do I reschedule a missed Styku onboarding call?
If you missed your scheduled Styku onboarding call, you can book a new time at your convenience using the self-service scheduling link your onboarding specialist sent you. No need to wait — just pick an open slot that works for you and your team.
What to Expect After a Missed Call
When you miss a scheduled onboarding call, your Styku onboarding specialist will:
- Wait up to 15 minutes on the Zoom call
- Attempt to reach you by phone and leave a voicemail if there is no answer
- Send a follow-up email with a link to book a new time
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for this follow-up email from your onboarding specialist.
How to Reschedule
- Open the follow-up email from your Styku onboarding specialist.
- Click the Meet with [Specialist Name] scheduling link in the email.
- Choose a date and time that works for you — pick a window when you know you won't be interrupted.
- Complete the booking form and confirm your appointment.
You will receive a calendar confirmation and Zoom link by email.
While You Wait for Your Onboarding Call
Use the time before your rescheduled call to get a head start. Your onboarding specialist may have asked you to complete steps from the onboarding checklist in the Styku Business Portal. The checklist contains six tasks:
- Attend an Orientation — Styku offers weekly orientations at rotating times and days to introduce new customers to the Styku 3D Body Scanner and the Business Portal.
- Add Additional Team Members — Invite staff or managers to the portal so they can access training, resources, and support tools.
- Complete Certification Course 1: Software Features, Scan Analysis, and Reports — 13 lessons covering how to set up and use Styku's body scanning software, analyze results, and share reports with clients.
- Complete Certification Course 2: Health Assessments and Body Composition Analysis — 12 lessons covering health assessment methods and body composition analysis. Upon passing, you will receive a certification code to unlock the Advanced Model on your system.
- Set Up Your Scanner — Follow the hardware setup instructions to physically install and configure the scanner.
- Complete Your First Scan — Power on the scanner and complete a test scan, then perform two additional scans to verify the scanner's precision.

- Your license key and subscription information
